Working with Product and Engineering partners, I oversaw an initiative to lay out a design strategy and feature roadmap for improving the experience of high-volume specialty clients. The resulting experience vision helped inform a 3-5 year business plan and roadmap for Orthopedics clients.
I joined forces with Lorie Lin, a seasoned PM in Clinicals, to discover and define a purpose-built ASC solution. Over the course of a summer, we created a clear human-centered vision for the product, crafted a now/next/later roadmap, and worked with leadership to align teams and resources around the vision.
I led an internal discovery initiative to clarify the link between EHR configuration, feature adoption, and provider satisfaction - which resulted in changes to how we measure release awareness, improvements to release documentation, and a new initiative to define what "optimal configuration" might look like.
